so you come out with a whole new game and its worse than the original. it freezes right away. Who is handling this. are you going to fix it. im so amazed. this has never happened before with any game. get some help with it. you are losing money

I wish that I could give a higher rating but I don't see that happening anytime soon? I've been reading the reviews and it appears as if the developers AREN'T COMMENTING ON ANYONE'S REVIEWS YET I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AS MOST OF EVERYONE I CAN'T GET PAST THE LOADING SCREEN AFTER I AGREED TO THE TERMS & PRIVACY AGREEMENTS, I UNINSTALLED 3 TIMES AND TRIED AGAIN WITH THE SAME RESULTS. I REALLY WANTED TO PLAY THIS APP BADLY, AND I GUESS ILL JUST KEEP IT MOVING & PRAY U REPLY 2 US ALL & FIX APP!

Can't even play it. Says call first tourist, but, it won't let me. I've tapped every single area on my screen and it does nothing and she's no help and yes, I have tapped the green area above the building. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3x and no tourist. Not to mention I'm losing energy doing nothing. Uninstalling already. Also have to exit out everytime I go on just to get it load.
