The app slows down to a crawl on my new Samsung S7 Edge and THERE IS NO SUPPORT OR HELP available. The email they list gets returned. If you click on support on the app there is nothing.
It's ok A tip percentage would make it easier for passenger's to add the correct tip amount. Plus ability to process and hold the transaction when no signal available would make this a more competitive app. Needs to have the ability to send receipts automatically as well.

HVAC work The app itself is reliable, but I do wish that once the transaction is complete with the authorization code and all, it would be nice to highlight that authorization code and copy and paste it to my dispatching software I use. If I try to long press on the code nothing happens to I'm forced on trying to remember the code as I manually have to enter it in my dispatching software
This app and the card reader that is now associated with it is nothing but problematic. The only white card readers use to work for about 6 months with the app before they would both need to be replaced/reinstalled. The new magtek black card readers just plain suck. They last about a month, if that, and then they stop reading credit card data. Try explaining to customers that you need their billing address and that it's going to take about 5 minutes to manually enter in their data every time they want to make a transaction. Stay away from this app, the readers and whatever merchant service provider that is forcing you to use this garbage.
