Quetzal is the ultimate indie card battle game based on Aztec mythology.

I'm only just starting now. Great job on making this game. Takes a bit of time to grasp all the info, but can be managed if you take time slowly to read everything. However a lot of the text is pretty tiny, so it'd be nice if you can enlarge either the font or the cards themselves. Also I don't know what the different attacks do like "Cleave". I also wish you put a guide or tutorial on how items work in the Mictlan game mode.

Fun game and love the idea of upgrading cards. But it's extremely P2W. So bad that you won't have time to advance before hitting the biggest paywall which makes the game unplayable after one hour. Enemies decks upgrade fast and they get traps to freeze and kill your monsters faster than you can pay real money and upgrade your cards.

So far absolutely great, here's hoping for more content and updates, brilliant...card art. Really hoping it catches on. Can't tell yet if it's entirely free. A gem of a plesent surprise.

What's new

- New game mode: Ruins. Defeat the almighty Ulmecatl to receive generous rewards. The challenge is available after clearing campaign level 25.
- Fixed a bug where Counters wouldn't always trigger.
