Ratings and reviews

I like that I can have it playing in the background. But sometimes it will cut itself off and when I go into the app to hit the play button, it plays, but no sound. I have to close the app then go back in. Also, the repeat function needs work. If I want all of my recordings to repeat, it only cycles through all of them once. There's also too much silence before the recording starts (skipping silence doesn't seem to work). I would prefer seemless looping.

2nd update: another blanket reply. Just make it right. Update: I sent an email as requested but STILL haven't heard back! Just refund my money. Like others have previously stated, I purchased a full year, but my app is still showing free. I have done everything suggested through the FAQs, and still nothing works. I have submitted 3 emails wanting a solution, and I have heard nothing in return. At this point, I just want my money back.

what happened to you guys? this used to be the best recording app by far. now it loses recordings, doesn't recognize paid purchases and there's no support. it's funny how the latest update says "stop losing your recordings" when there is no possibility of keeping the recordings I have because they don't transfer to my new phone. and without support in helping my PAID lifetime subscription to actually work, my recordings are lost forever. TOTAL RIP-OFF and this app should be banned from app store
