Your journey starts at City Harbor with a small dock. In the early stages, you buy and upgrade small boats. These boats head out to sea, catch fish, and generate income for your harbor. Over time, you open restaurants and cafés in your harbor and use the fish in your businesses to increase your earnings.
As your harbor grows, you can hire helpers and workers. These workers automate tasks around the harbor and make ships and businesses operate more efficiently. With the help of your workers, you manage your harbor faster and more smoothly.
As you progress, you expand your harbor and unlock new areas. Different boats, yachts, and ships become part of your harbor. You can fish and swim, and as new businesses and harbor zones open, your harbor becomes more lively and profitable.
In later stages, cruise ships begin to arrive at your harbor. Passengers disembark, explore the harbor, and take photos. Areas where vehicles are loaded onto ships are also unlocked, adding a new line of business to your harbor. Each new stage brings fresh content and new sources of income.
Throughout this process, your harbor runs automatically. Ships arrive, passengers move around, fish are caught, and your earnings grow. You collect your idle income, invest in upgrades, and expand your harbor step by step. Even when you are away from the game, harbor life never stops.
When your harbor reaches its highest level, the prestige system unlocks, allowing you to progress much faster in the next stages.

just ridiculous. what's the point in upgrading your boats... it says X2 but it still gives the same amount of money? how do you miss that as a developer unless you're more focused on making money for ads rather than actually making the game right. ads every 30-60 secs and not the quick ads it's the ones you usually get when you're watching it for an upgrade or something but you get nothing. id zero star this if I could.

too many ads only get one of each helper upgrading the boats don't really do anything but give you only 20 per boat which is not worth it plus ads every 20 -30 seconds not cool plus the title says harbor life "idle" but leave the game for a few hours maybe get over 200 dollars nope. everything freezes til you come back on no offline earnings what a joke 🤣 if you going to make a idle game make sure it's worth it otherwise don't waste your time and effort for a game that doesn't show you fun.

This particular "Idle" game is just okay because no matter how many "maps" you unlock, the scenes are always repeated which makes it monotonous and boring since each map is the same as the previous one and never creates new harbours. Unsure why this is because the "Airport Idle" game I play in another money-making app has different locations/scenes for each Airport. I believe both games are from the same developer and maybe could upgrade this game to be more enjoyable.
