Become a WWI General, commanding your army across the historic battlefield of the Western Front and Eastern Front. Engage in immersive real-time strategy (RTS) and shape the course of history, from the opening action of 1914 to the brutal trench warfare of 1917 and the final offensives of 1918. In this theater of total war you will get to play as the general for every major nation that participated in WW1, both the Allies and the Central Powers.

Engage in intense frontline combat and action, deploying a variety of military units, including infantry, tanks, and powerful artillery. Lead your troops through legendary battles such as the Somme, Verdun, and Gallipoli, and fight for victory in a relentless contest for strategic supremacy. This isn't just a WW1 experience. The sandbox mode allows for custom battles of any era. Design your own RTS battles, build fortifications such as bunkers, place artillery cannons and set up your defenses for survival. You decide how major you want the fight to be, spawn more than a 1000 soldiers fighting each other. Recreate famous moments from WW2 (WWII), including the pivotal D Day (1944) landings and command your armies on the beaches of Normandy. Imagine bringing a WW2 Tank to a Napoleonic era battle! Or even modern soldiers from a hypothetical WW3 scenario. Switch between 1917 and 1945, or equip your troops with uniforms from any era.

Ratings and reviews

This game is perhaps one of the greatest mobile games I've ever played. Ads aren't forced, everything in the game is beatable by strategy or vast numbers, and upgrades are optional, but useful, for progression. On top of that, new campaign levels are added frequently, and new cosmetics as well. This game is fair, detailed, somewhat historically accurate, and well-made. It's clear the devs put a lot of thought and care into this game, and I'm excited to see what the future holds.

This game is great. I loved playing through all of the campaigns. I tip my hat to the devs. I haven't been able to find another trench game as good as this one. All of the other ones suck in my opinion. I do have one problem with this game, though. Hard mode isn't hard... It's IMPOSSIBLE. You start with way too little money and only get +5 every couple of seconds no matter what level it is... This makes it literally impossible to get past the first few levels, even with watching ads for coins.

I've been playing it for quite a while now (since it was just Britain and Germany) and feel like throwing my opinion into the ring, I love it, all the ads I remember were by choice, and the levels can be easy in normal mode, however for hard mode the first campaigns were significantly harder, but I've noticed that the hard modes on newer campaigns only affect the levels where there are no trenches or you're guaranteed to have to fight just for the first trench. So just keep up the good work.
