1) Required access rights
- Network: Permission to use the network, which is required to access the DVR.
2) Optional access rights
- Photos and videos: Permission to access device photo media files. This permission is required to use the QR code photo import, screenshot image storage, and video recording storage functions.
- Camera: Access to the device's camera, which is required to use the QR code recognition function.
- Microphone: Access to the device's microphone, which is required to use the recorder's speaking function.
- Notification: This is the permission to access the device's notifications and is required to display it on the device when a PUSH notification comes from the recorder.

* You can use the app even if you do not agree to the optional access permissions.
* If you do not agree to the optional access rights, normal use of some functions of the service may be difficult.

Please can you change the start up screen to a 4 way split and add playback search by motion detection would be brilliant. Also remove the AM/PM in the search option when using 24H format. Thank you for your work.

I have had a Motorola phone, Android system for a long time. I've also you smart ice Pro for the number of years, never had a problem. Now all of a sudden I switch to a Samsung Galaxy phone and I have problems with the app. I can't back up into playback. I had no problem doing it before. If someone could help I would really appreciate it.

No longer works - please fix it!!! Since Aug 2020 I have been unable to view cctv via app on my phone it just won't connect to server. Please look in to this and fix. Whats point of having cctv you can't view remotely through your phone. Disappointed it's suddenly stopped working!!
