I've ordered in the past and their products are fabulous! But customer service is worse than terrible! I tried to place an order on a Sunday, kept saying it failed. I called my bank and there was an issue with placing an international order. They fixed that, but still can't place the order. I emailed them twice, called multiple times, but no one answered and so far, no calls returned. Now it's there days later, still can't place the order and last night the company cancelled my order and to to set order up, it's now an additional $10.

I just bought key chain and photo carriage music box. The quality of photo carriage is quite bad, very cheap looking and all made with plastic. I even received with one photo frame detached. Quality of product is like cheap item you bought from night market. I felt like being cheated. I think price paid is 5 to 6 times higher than price worth.

This app made me experience the worst service till date. I have placed my order since 7th FEB and still haven't got the items. I even tried to email the customer service regarding the issue for which I haven't heard back from. The worst app to order personalized items. Will recommend not to use this and go for some other sites which can deliver same items at a speedy time rate.
