About this app

Stop adjusting the volume every time you get in the car or put on your headphones. Sound Trigger recognises the Bluetooth device you connect and sets volume, equalizer, Do Not Disturb and playlist by itself. You just listen.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a profile and pick a Bluetooth device already paired with your phone
2. Set volume, equalizer, Do Not Disturb and music
3. Connect the device: the profile starts by itself, even when the app is closed
"Test now" lets you hear the result straight away, without connecting anything.

AUTOMATIC VOLUME
• Media volume as a percentage, different for every profile
• Gradual volume fade-in, so you never start at full blast
• Previous volume restored when the device disconnects

AN EQUALIZER FOR EVERY DEVICE
• Ready presets: Car, Sport, Bass, Rock, Pop, Vocal and podcast, Flat
• 5-band custom curve
• Bass boost and loudness

SMART DO NOT DISTURB
• Priority only, music and alarms only, or music only
• Your music always keeps playing
• Your original settings are restored on disconnect

MUSIC AND CALLS
• Start a Spotify or YouTube Music playlist, or resume your last track
• Automatic playback
• After a phone call, WhatsApp and Telegram calls included, the music resumes by itself

FOR CARS, HEADPHONES AND SPEAKERS
Bluetooth car stereos, earbuds, sports headphones, portable speakers: create a profile for each one, with its own icon and colour, and switch them on or off with one tap. A profile can have several devices (two cars, two pairs of headphones), and you can start or stop it from the home screen widget or the Quick Settings tile. A short walkthrough guides you through the first steps.

• No data collected: profiles stay on your phone only
• Dark or light theme, in English, Italian, Spanish, German, French and Portuguese
• Backup of your profiles in a file, handy when you change phone

GOOD TO KNOW
The global equalizer is supported by most Android phones; if a music app ignores it, enable its "system equalizer" option. Opening the playlist without touching the screen requires the "Display over other apps" permission. On some phones it helps to allow background usage in the battery settings.
