Love the resources, rules, and overall setup of the app. Main problem I have is with the feed, it's very unoptimized and tries to load all the videos as once, causing a super slow and stuttery process that's practically unusable on my Galaxy S9. If they can iron that out, this is a really nice app for the sport and would be very attractive as the sport gets bigger.

There is a good deal of potential for this application, unfortunately it stumbles on things that shouldn't be problems. 1. Updating time of an event shouldn't require updating the date. You should be able to bypass this, which is especially frustrating because 2. Updating time shouldn't reset you to Right the bleep NOW. I had a game the other day where someone requested i move it forward, then back. Awful user experience since it was several days out. 3. Ghosts - I think there are some pre-pandemic profiles on there that haven't been touched in years. In fact i think its half of them and I'm being generous. This actually has the effect of making the app seem dead in my area. This also makes it annoying for building an invite list. Tons of extra clicking. A simple activity filter would do wonders on the invite players screen. 4. Messages - The little arrow in the corner of the community page couldn't be less obvious. Its not even a standard message icon. There's more, but Honestly if the app cleaned these things up, it might be a significantly better user experience and in turn be far more useful in growing a player base. Its not all bad, there's a lot of potential.

Cool app, love the ranking system, map of groups and games, and that spikeball social feed is 🔥. BUT you know what would be nice? Not being notified when a pickup game is created 100+ miles away, thus protecting my hopes and dreams from totally being crushed when I realize that my future new best friends are actually playing in a different state... as a random example. So yeah, maybe add an option to control that? Please? Love you guys.

Hello Joshua! Thank you for leaving a review. You can adjust your notification settings via Notifications slide out menu and then by navigating to notification settings via the gear in the upper right corner. You can then set the exact distance you would want to receive notifications for. Hope this helps! Spike on!
