Sorry for the trouble and thanks for responding. The game runs better on lower levels and after killing enemies. Hadn't played in a while and returned for the update, so I'm assuming I got used to the lag before and forgot about it. Mixed feelings about upping crash damage since it won't stop the following crash immunity and getting Shield to where I won't die for bumping someone once was a highlight. But speaking of damage the Desert Strike boats could use a boost since they're underwhelming.

You are quite far, please try playing on lower levels to check if lag. Could be too many opponents for your phone. You most likely also have more shield making impacts less severe. I will release an update that cause more damage to collide with tough enemies.

Great game! It's an updated version of an old DOS game called "Sopwith," where you flew around in a biplane bombing things and shooting down other planes. This one takes the gameplay further with upgrades and a larger variety of enemies. Best thing about it: the ads are totally voluntary. You want extra stars, you can watch ads. You can progress without the ads, but sometimes the difficulty ramp is a bit steep. Challenging, but not impossible. All around great job, well worth the download!

I love this game. and for those saying you've lost your upgrades when you purchase new planes well yes and no. everytime you buy a new plane you have to upgrade it. upgrades do not transfer from one plane to another. all precious upgrades are not lost go back to your old plane and they will be there. I do understand being frustrated with this since the game doesn't give many stars and you have to spend so many to get the upgrades I too don't like this. But it is a free to play game it takes time
