About this game

Treasure hunting of the Makarska littoral is an educational and interactive game that combines cultural heritage with the digital world. Players take on the role of young explorers, choose an avatar and language, and go on a treasure hunt through real locations on the Makarska coast.
Through the interactive map, cultural sights are revealed, and the tasks are based on local legends, history and stories.
Correct answers bring points and the help of the good fairy Biokova, while incorrect ones reveal the bad fairy who additionally explains the solution.
The goal of the game is to collect as many points as possible and discover the main treasure - the key to the city of Makarska. At the end, the ranking of the players is displayed.
The game is intended for children, young people, tourists and anyone who wants to learn about the Makarska coast through the game.
It was created through the cooperation of Dr. Franja Tuđman Elementary School from Brel, Makarska Vocational High School and Fr. Andrija Kačić Miošić High School, with the support of the Makarska City Museum. The project was led by professors Maja Brzica, Ivona Ibrahimkadić, Matea Maslać, Anita Zelić Tomaš, Anđelina Mršo and Ph.D. Valentina Lasić with her students.
