About this game

A fast, old-school 3D shooter on a dead starship. No loadouts, no grind, no internet needed: just you, your guns and whatever the virus turned the crew into.

THE STORY
You are a prisoner. The deal: bring the derelict ship home and you walk free. The ship is not as empty as they told you. Fight your way down through 50 decks, from the cell block to the drive core, and find out what happened to the crew.

WHAT YOU GET
• 50 levels in 5 zones: Cell Block, Medical Labs, Crew Quarters, Docking Spine and The Core
• Every run is new: procedurally generated decks with loops, side paths, secret vents and keycard doors
• 3D mutating monsters: the deeper you go, the less human they are. Shoot off limbs, watch them crawl
• A guardian boss at the end of every zone, each with its own attacks
• Classic arsenal: fists, pistol, shotgun, rockets, homing launcher and a plasma rifle
• Traps that belong on a broken ship: sparking power cables, fire grates, laser gates and security turrets
• Elite monsters, specimen tanks that burst open, secret stashes and crew logs to find
• Cinematic cutscenes, a full ending and an unlockable Survival Arena around the ship's drive core
• Retro pixel look with an optional CRT filter, smooth on older phones
• Dynamic soundtrack that kicks in when the fight starts
• 13 achievements (Google Play Games / Game Center)
• Gamepad support, touch controls with a floating stick, haptics
• Play offline, any time

Fast movement, keycards, sliding doors and secrets around every corner: the shooters you grew up with, rebuilt for your phone.

You've definitely got a great thing going here. The soundtrack is great, the guns are fun and satisfying to use and, most importantly, if I die on lvl 7 I start at the randomly generated start of lvl 7 and not the beginning of the game. It's very refreshing in a roguelike. That said, I have 1 problem. This game is REALLY linear. What makes old school fps and roguelike fun as they are is the ability to explore. Make whole level with branching paths instead of a straight line and you'll be golden.

The randomized recycled rooms isn't too bad, but on several runs I've had my progress completely halted because a room would be clipping into another one above it, making the staircases inaccessible. Seems like that might be an easy fix. I tried the survival mode and it was pretty fun, would've been nice to have a pistol, maybe I just didn't make it far enough. This game is decent for what it is, a bare bones Doom clone. Also, I picked up shotgun ammo, but never found a shotgun.

Decent game but there's very few level designs and sometimes you'll catch yourself going through a level that you just went through, except backwards, which subtracts the first star. There's also no music, even though there is a music option in the options menu, it still doesn't work, which subtracts the second star. Decent game, but needs work.
