Gubbins is a friendly puzzle game where players place tiles to construct words, with the help and hindrance of wildcard modifiers called Gubbins.

Minimalist typography alongside kooky cartoons serve as a canvas for moreish wordplay. Dig through the draw pile and make words on the board with hilarious friends wreaking havoc.

I had to drop in and review this game when I played the word "trans" and got a sticker that said TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS! This app is based and a ton of fun. I haven't paid to unlock unlimited play yet but plan to eventually. Haven't tried the other modes beyond classic mode yet, but that's enough to earn 5 stars from me. People complain about only getting one play per day, but that's because it's FREE with absolutely NO ADS. You don't get unlimited play in a game this good without paying.

I love this game! It's probably one of my favorite mobile games, and it really scratches that puzzle itch. My only complaint (hence the 4-star) is that you're never incentivized to play short words to get a high score. Their only use is to get to that 2x multiplier before clearing your big words, and I wish there were more variety in scoring. Otherwise, great game and I ❤️ gubsock!!

The game itself, great! Cute, fun, engaging. But I can't give 5 stars.. I've been SO excited waiting for this game to release only to be hugely disappointed at the cap of one free game daily. It was barely enough to get a feel for the game. And not everyone can justify spending $5 or more just for "infinite play". I wouldnt mind a limit on how many free games daily if there were more, like 3-5. Especially with 3 different games modes.. you can only choose one a day. Very disappointing
