Now the next generation mushroom guide is finally available on Google Play. The mushroom guide has been the leading mushroom app on Google Play since 2010, and now it gets a major facelift and a new name: The mushroom guide+
How about this?
* Over 200 species described and illustrated with over 1100 pictures and several films.
* Use the camera to quickly identify your finds with the help of image recognition and artificial intelligence. The feature works without internet of course so you can be deep in the forest and still identify species.
* Attached to each species description are pictures and links to confusing mushrooms, so you can easily see which mushrooms are similar. Some species also have films, where Michael Krikorev and Helena Björnström describe the species and what distinguishes it in an educational way.
* Smart functions such as filtering on different attributes and the classic mushroom key to help with species identification.
* Mushroom quiz to test your knowledge and learn more about the gold of the forest.
* Save your mushroom locations using Android's built-in GPS and map functions to easily find your way back at any time. You can also add photos and comments to your mushroom spots, and if you're kind, share your mushroom spots via e-mail or SMS with your friends.
* Support for import and export of mushroom locations in GPX format (a format used by many other programs and GPS devices).
* The database is of course integrated into the app so you don't need to be online when searching for information.
* Support for transferring your saved favorites and mushroom locations from iOS Mushroom Guide Classic and Mushroom Guide+ apps to Mushroom Guide+ Android.
