We are approved Air & Ocean freight forwarders and dedicated air cargo and courier operators offering Same-day, Next-day shipping and International logistics service. We service the Caribbean Region, South and Central America, Europe and Asia. The company is owned by Caribbean nationals and offers air cargo, express package, and ocean freight services from various bases in North America, Europe and the Caribbean region.

From our central operations facility, we deliver a reliable and complete transportation service to the countries of the Eastern Caribbean including Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, Guyana, Canouan, Bequia, St. Vincent, St. Lucia, Barbados, Dominica, Antigua & Barbuda, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Maarten, Jamaica, Haiti, Anguilla, Montserrat and Tortola. Neat app, however it's buggy and can use improvements. I tried uploading an invoice a few times via the app and it acknowledged saving it, but there's no icon or status showing the invoice is present for the shipment. You have to select the "files" button in the desktop browser of the related shipment to see your invoice. The app only displays jpegs not pdf. Shipping method had to be changed in browser, then login to app again to see the change. Tedious !

Updates are slow if at all. I get email updates and the app still hasn't updated to reflect actual status of packages. I have collected packages and on the app they are still in transit

App needs alot of work and better efficiency on Android os. Also needs online payment option to be integrated to this app this helps alot considering the current worldwide pandemic situation. Bearing in mind this is all pointless if something is not done to fix the current turnover rate with customs which is not swiftpacs fault but I believe some companies have been set up long enough to be able to ensure minimal delays in service with proper communication with customs.
