Recently, I am facing issues with this app. Some days before it was working fine, but now videos are not loading. When I am playing videos in YouTube , there is no problem but when I play videos in TCY, my net speed decreases drastically and I am not able to play the videos. My net speed decreases in this app only and not in any other apps. Please look into this.

Good day! Post sending an email I expected someone to fix the bug in your system but you seem to be not interested in fixing it. Tried giving advance mock from your website but it's not at Al working. Due to your system issue my valuable time have been wasted. Error message: this page is not responsive, try again later. Expecting a call from you at the earliest or to fix the problem asap. Thanks

Dear Developers, all TCY app like tcy online, tcy gate, tcy k12, tcy top edge are not working properly. All apps are very much slow to load, taking a very long time to start, sometimes not starting at all. I have used those app previously without any issues. Uninstall, reinstall, updating apps did not solve the problem.
