Very bad experience since, though they are connected with ielts app but, they do not allow you login with same username and password. Despite entering the proper username they don not let you sign in.

So bad im trying so many times to log in but everytime it's coming invalid username or password can't able to access to it plz do something

I am not able to login my account,I tried so many times but it still shows invalid password or name I don't know what is happening.Please look into this matter and kindly activate my account.
