Your night shift at the animal hospital has just begun. A sleepy cat on the waiting chairs, a pug by the wall, a parrot in its cage, a beagle waiting for the doctor. The same hallway again and again. But is it really the same?

Animal Hospital: Anomaly is a short, tense observation game in the "spot the anomaly" genre. Walk down the vet clinic hallway and look carefully. Something might be wrong.

The rules are simple
• No anomaly? Keep walking forward
• Noticed an anomaly? Turn around at once and go back
• Each right choice takes you one floor up
• One mistake and you are back on floor 0
• Reach floor 8 to finish your shift

• A black cat waiting at the end of the hallway
• A giant cat sleeping on the chairs
• A dog standing in the middle of the hallway, staring at you
• A parrot and a pug that follow you with their eyes
• A fish tank floating in the air
• The rabbit that suddenly disappeared
• Lamps that flicker, go out or glow red
• Footsteps behind your back
