About this game

The day was coming to an end. Catherine was beginning to wake up. In the nose, as always, after she opened her eyes for several decades, the smell of basement damp rushed. It didn't bother her much, she was already accustomed to it, but when she woke up she always noticed it. She lived in a small room in the basement of an abandoned house. Previously, a homeless person lived here, so there was some furniture in the room, and the walls were partially covered with old, worn from old age wallpaper behind which you could sometimes hear the rustling of insects. Waking up completely, Catherine stretched like a cat and sat on the mattress. She didn't know what will she do today. Her thirst for blood, which she sometimes had, was not very disturbing to her now, because last night she went hunting and now she could live in peace in the next few days. Turning slightly to the left, she noticed that now she was not alone in this room, a cat was sitting next to her, intently turning her eyes on Catherine. Catherine loved cats, more than anyone in this world, she trusted them. There were many of them in her life, and her life has already stretched for almost five hundred years. Catherine has long ceased to give them names, because if you give the cat a name, attachment to that cat will appear and the harder it will be to lose her later. Standing on its paws, the cat stretched, just like Catherine did a moment ago, and walked over to her. You and I look alike - Catherine said and also got to her feet. Ahead of another day of our lives, let's go, it's already dark. It's time to go outside. And the two of them headed for the exit.

Really liked it at first. But without a walkthrough you get stuck and combing over every building isn't working, yes I watched videos, but nope. Stuck. Also keeping note of the locked doors with a messy, confusing map. 6 hours every day is lame and the running is bugged. You are often left walking only. Picking up animal parts is slow. Animation sound patch notes are visible sometimes. I'm left disappointed because I can't finish and I wasted my time.

I couldn't force myself to enjoy it. The gameplay itself is fine, but the awful grammar and spelling errors destroyed all sense of immersion for me. Each time I began to slip back into the game, another poorly constructed sentence full of grammatical errors yanked me back out of it. Maybe it's more enjoyable for people that can ignore this.

Amazing experience, anyone reading should give it 15 minutes to try yourself. Barely missing 5* for the following reasons: the learning curve with control was hard, but got around well. Colour palette is great, and dark UI is ok, you can always increase backlight. More annoying was animation when interacting with animals (no spoilers, right?), picking smth 113 was terrible to see that again. Again, you don't have to. But worst part were locked doors that you couldn't open until certain moment
