I have recently updated my AI, the problem I am having is that when asked a question I cannot see the reply. It often shows that the AI is typing but the results end up being a blank screen. I have made many reports to the technical team but to no avail. Can anyonehelp please? I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but I'm still having the same problem.

I have purchased this app and now I am getting this reply every time I send a request; Value �������lRQo1 of type java.lang.String cannot be converted to JSONObject_003. I have tried restarting my cell, uninstalling the app and installing it again. Is there a customer service number to contact? I would like to speak with someone to better assist me.

This app used to work well but then I started getting strange data such as "Value �������dT���F of type java.lang.String cannot be converted to JSONObject_003". Canceled my subscription.
