App crashes Samsung s22 ultra. They need to update play store or give us a new apk This is an update. Since 1.1.2 the device is working well for me. Still using Android they didn't run but repaired it and made it work. Thanks to the looi team. To be fair I've updated my review. It's a 4 because it's a bit delayed or sluggish. Still better than not working.

New user here. The app needs work. 1 out of 10 times if I'm lucky does the app wake on Hey Looi. And that's if I speak slowly. I was also under the impression that once Looi was awake, you could ask follow up questions without him going immediately back into standby. Not true from my experience so far. Finally, he's not so great at recognizing objects on your desk including the edge. Several times so far, he has pushed things off my desk onto the floor and I'm not talking about small things.

This product isn't ready yet for sale to the general public. Looi feels like he's still very much in his prototype phase. The potential is there but there are a lot of flaws and frequent malfunctions, the most annoying ones being that Looi only responds to his wake phrase 50% of the time, and not being able to interrupt Looi when he's going through one of his long (and sometimes very loud) screen animations. He turns his lights on for no reason and no longer turns them off when you ask him to.
