Ratings and reviews

This is one of those games that I can't seem to stay away from. There are plenty of defense games of this archetype but, this one is a stand out in the genre. The gameplay loop isn't particularly new or innovative but the devs seem to truly care about the game and its players. The packs are useful and are inexpensive for the most part. It's fun, you feel powerful when you build each unique character "correctly" and losing hasn't come from a steep power curve implemented to force spending. Try it

I've been playing the game since launch, and overall it's a fun game. However, having re-buy VIP every 30 days is dumb. Also, the enemies start getting hard to kill very quickly. A very slow grind which is annoying. Overall, the events in the game are fun and interesting, but having a time limit per level is frustrating. You can hold off the enemies, but run out of time and you lose. Very frustrating. All in all, decent game, but needs some optimization.

Enough with the forced tutorials. Especially if you're going to scale the mobs way up to the point where they're practically unkillable, the gamer needs a chance to customize their loadout. Everybody's played this game before under a bunch of different names. We already know our way around. Tutorial needs to be skippable. Game seems like it will be fun after the long, forced tutorial. Starting at a 1-star, because of the complete lack of consideration for the gaming experience at the start.
