About this game

3D Rhythm, reinvented

Rhythm Taichi takes a fresh new approach to 3D rhythm games on mobile. Slide your fingers gracefully along the paths traced on the screen, following the beats of the music - it's like practicing Taichi with your fingers!

Swipe with style, swipe with ease

Rhythm Taichi is built from the ground up for mobile devices. A carefully crafted pathing algorithm provides a comfortable yet challenging amount of finger travel for each hand. We've also ruthlessly optimized the game's graphics pipeline to ensure that the game responds quickly and smoothly to your actions.

Looks good, feels good too

The new touch tracking algorithm is more precise then ever - and with the innovative 'rainfall' style timing effects, you get instant feedback on your synchronization performance. Finishing a song is just the beginning - compete against players around the world by perfecting your runs and submitting your scores on the leaderboard!

Thousands of supported songs

Rhythm Taichi maintains compatibility with the beat saver song format, and provides an in-game integration with the beat saver API for thousands of supported songs. If you don't wish your songs to be indexed within the game, just specify that one of your song's description on beatsaver, and email us at tempstudiogames@gmail.com with a link to the song.

Virtual Reality Supported

Rhythm Taichi is playable in VR, if you have a second device to serve as a controller. The virtual reality experience is 100% free without ads, and is fully compatible with all songs. We recommend devices with snapdragon 835-equivalent processors or higher for the best VR experience.

It's time to dance in XR

Rhythm Taichi's 2.0 update features XR support on PC. Powered by the latest advancement in artificial intelligence and machine learning, XR mode turns your phone into a high speed motion camera, without needing any specialized hardware.

The previous "big screen" modes on PC, Android TV and apple platforms are still supported.

All features available for free - Remove ads for $1.99. Offer is subject to change.
Rhythm Taichi is not affiliated with Beat saver or Beat saber.

I've been playing for about 4 and a half years and loved every second of it the vr support is very well put together and the 2d and pc version that's up on itch.io is also very polished and clean. I have to say this is my favorite mobile rhythm game but I have come across a few issues but nothing too bad just the app crashing because I have too many maps. Thank you dev for the wonder experience and fun for the years I hope to continue this.

Honestly, the best VR mobile game I've ever played, I'd even go as far as saying it's an experience you cannot miss, and love the variety of options they give to play, with normal play and VR with another phone as a controller! Also love how we can download songs and the amount of options is endless honestly! If this is where mobile VR is moving towards, I'm all for it!

I loved the game by itself, and now that I tried testing the game with the VR controls, I'm in love with this game. I still have yet to build a VR headset myself, but I can safely say that this game is over the charts as a knock-off Beat Saber game. One problem, though: The controls when in VR mode is inverted for some reason. Plus, the sensitivity is a bit too low compared to basic mode.
