About this app

TextbookMantra is a comprehensive online school book and stationery management platform designed to simplify the process of purchasing, managing, and distributing educational materials. The platform allows students and parents to conveniently select books and other required items according to their school and class.

The system supports the management of multiple schools and their respective classes, allowing administrators to organize educational products in a structured manner. Administrators can manage individual items and books, create complete book sets for specific schools and classes, and ensure that customers can easily find the required educational materials.

Customers can purchase complete book sets or select individual books and stationery items based on their requirements. The platform provides a complete order management process, allowing users to add products to their cart, place orders, and manage their purchases.

To provide flexible order fulfillment, customers can choose between doorstep delivery and physical collection. For physical collection, the system manages collection centers and center allocations, enabling customers to collect their orders from designated locations.

The Admin Panel provides centralized management of users, schools, classes, items, book sets, collection centers, center allocations, orders, user centers, and customer enquiries. This allows administrators to efficiently manage inventory-related data, organize educational products, monitor customer orders, and handle enquiries.

Overall, TextbookMantra provides a centralized solution for managing the complete educational book purchasing and distribution process, from school and class-based product selection to order placement, doorstep delivery, or physical collection from designated collection centers.
