About this app

This app is an internal use scanner to validate ticket sales on site. Using this app, the promoter and their associates will be able to view event details, ticket holders and ticket details as well as scan physical tickets and enter tickets manually for validation.

What’s new

- Improved scanner reliability during live event check-in.
- Fixed an issue where scans could return users to the Manual/Scan screen unexpectedly.
- Streamlined the scan flow, reduced extra screens, improved ticket-loading performance, added crash/error tracking, and improved login/session handling.
- Back navigation now returns to the event summary first, then the full event list.
