Ratings and reviews

It has never worked correctly. It just keeps searching, but never finds the microwave oven. Unfortunately, this is the app necessary for the device to be controlled by Alexa. Amazon should look into this and consider forcing Toshiba to issue a refund because Alexa control was my primary reason for buying this microwave oven.

Would give this app a less than one if able to. Does not connect to anything and you need it to to connect to the alexa app for the smart tv. It says to go to the web site if you have a TV but it tried to push me off to another site that was going to charge me for help. Definitely BS. I will never buy another toshiba because they do not deliver on what they advertise. 😡

The app sucks. Definitely won't get another Toshiba TV. Bought a brand new smart TV because you're supposed to be able to control it with Alexa using the app. It can't even locate the tv. That was the entire reason I bought a new TV. So disappointed.
