The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) has launched a new mobile app to provide a comprehensive range of services including instant meter reading, maintenance scheduling and online payment as well as the latest promotions for customer’s convenience.
Upgraded eService Centre for carefree account management
The enhanced eService Centre enables users to manage their Towngas account anytime, anywhere. In addition to opening a Towngas account and reporting their meter reading, users can make maintenance appointments as well as check their gas usage and payment record from their mobile device. The system automatically displays the latest bill balance. Users can also opt for meter reading and eBilling reminders to make gas account management a breeze.
Seamless connection with payment channels
To settle their gas bill, users can log onto the eService Centre to make an app-to-app payment via PPS or AlipayHK, or download a QR code for payment at a convenience store.
Go green and apply for eBilling service
Apply for Towngas’ eBilling service directly from the app to achieve an annual carbon reduction of 316 grams in terms of paper and postage saved.
Customise the service menu for a personalised user experience
In addition to a clean design and clear content categorisation, the new app also offers menu customisation to facilitate enhanced access.
