About this game

The Silent Archivist
A quiet village, a forgotten corner of the world, and the beginning of your “adventurer management” fantasy.

The protagonist who has lost their voice, and the young man whose life was saved—together they build a small base in the remote village of Windarion, where adventurers gather and set out on their journeys.

The Silent Archivist is an idle fantasy simulation game where you recruit adventurers, send them on quests, and strengthen your base using the rewards they bring back.

Game Features
• You do not fight—you guide and support adventurers from your base.
• The combination of adventurers and quests shapes the growth of the village and the stories recorded over time.

◆ Recruit Adventurers & Send Them on Quests
• Hire adventurers with different personalities and jobs
• Choose proper quests and form suitable parties
• Successes and failures are all recorded as part of your growing archive

◆ Strengthen Your Base & Develop the Village
• Upgrade facilities such as lodgings, shops, storage, and blacksmiths
• Improve income and efficiency through facility development
• A stronger base allows stronger adventurers to join

◆ Expand Exploration Areas
• Discover new regions and unlock new quests
• Face different monsters and rewards in each area
• Your decisions influence the direction of the entire village

◆ Idle Progression & Quiet Stories
• Quests progress automatically, even while offline
• Review the results of returning adventurers and plan your next steps
• Enjoy the feeling of reading a growing “record book” of adventures

Recommended For
• Players who enjoy character growth and base-building
• Those who prefer strategy over action
• People who want to enjoy a calm world and slow-paced storytelling

Your Quiet Footprints
Every victory, failure, and step of growth becomes part of your base’s history. A story starting from a small village will eventually lead to a grand journey.

Build your own base and write your own records in The Silent Archivist.

While I'm a huge RPG enjoyer, I never was much into 'idle" games. But this is FUN and I love the OG RPG aesthetic. One thing that stands out is that the devs respect players' time and do not force a single ad on us. They even politely ask permission to play a video ad when you click the tiny ad button. Amazing! My only complaint is I've seen mentioned that we start with 2k Prayers but I only received 1k. New game glitch? Either way, game is well worth $5.99! Hope the devs continue building!

Thank you so much! The 2,000 Prayers were a special bonus for those who pre-registered before launch — I’m sorry for the confusion. Could you please let me know where you saw that information mentioned? I’ll make sure to check and correct it if needed. Really appreciate your encouragement, and I’ll keep working hard to make the game even better!

Ok, so the first dorm expansion quest finally showed up, and having 2 adventurers helps the game progress a ton. I do still think you should rebalance the time quests take, since it's still silly to me that a lvl 0 quest can take 3 hours, but since this game is still new it can be updated. Also maybe adjust how the quests show up, since getting a quest that *needed* 2 people when I physically couldn't get a second is :/. But like I said, I'm enjoying so far, room for improvement, but good so far

You’re actually very close! Try alternating between expanding the map and taking on quests — that’s the key to unlocking the dorm and progressing further.

I'm only a couple of days into the game but wanted to get an early review out. I pre-registered based on the description and went in blind. It really shows that the developer is crafting a world full of detail. I enjoy reading the adventure logs and seeing what happened along the team's journey. It's a great game to pop in, check on your people, assign them tasks and then move on. I might buy the full game unlock just to support the developer because so much is available for free!

I’m really happy to hear that! 😊 Thank you so much for your kind words and for considering purchasing the full version — it means a lot to me. I’ll keep working hard to make the world of the game even more enjoyable to explore!
