The more you progress, the more they try to force you to pay for things. Constantly, I'll watch ads to receive free items for upgrades or energy to upgrade and they paid out when I was still early in the game. I haven't had an update since installing, but now it crashes all the time whenever I try to get my benefits. It never gives you the item you earned and stuff has disappeared from my game freezer three different times now. I screen record just to be sure.

There's still too many pop ups for some events, and ads sometimes automatically open the Play Store. If I close the Play Store, that an ad I watched for an item opened, when I return to the game, the game restarts entirely AND I don't get my item. After so many times, the option to even watch an ad is removed entirely. What's the point of wasting my time watching the ads for then?

Lost all game progress and purchases when I had to replace my phone due to a cracked screen. Every other game I have saved my progress except this one. I was past day 100 (probably closer to day 120 or higher) and had purchased extra gems and play packages and it's all lost. There is not an option to chat with a live person and the automated chat does not recognize/understand the info I put into the chat so it was not helpful at all. This is SUPER disappointing!
