The Travis Credit Union Mobile App gives you access to your money and an array of online financial tools whenever and wherever you need them. We’re focused on your financial wellness, so our app is loaded with great features that make managing your money quick, easy and convenient.

You can review balances and transaction histories, transfer funds between TCU accounts and view images of checks posted to your account. You can also access our free Bill Pay system to schedule and pay your recurring monthly bills.

If you’re splitting the tab with friends or want to send someone money electronically, we’ve partnered with Zelle® so you can make person-to-person payments directly from the App.

* Mobile Deposit is available only to members who meet certain eligibility requirements. TCU’s standard check hold policy applies to deposits made using Mobile Deposit. Checks deposited after 3 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. The daily limit for mobile deposit is $20,000; the weekly limit: $40,000, the monthly limit is $60,000.

Terrible app. Have uninstalled/installed more times than I can count. App used to be slow and would freeze. Now it simply refuses to open, period--will not go to the login page. I have talked to TCU folks several times... they seem to think there is no problem. Judging from the comments here, that's clearly not the case.

Can't log in, erases user ID, when I put it in manually it said I was locked out, called the bank two days ago and was told I wasn't locked out and it was suggested I just use the desktop. They said they know there is a problem, but don't know what the problem is. Started when they started making you get a text code EVERYTIME you logged in. Hope they figure it out because the app is worthless right now.

We apologize for any inconvenience our mobile application is causing you. We have identified two issues with our login page. The Save User ID and Fast Balances features are experiencing technical difficulties. Please login without selecting Save User ID to obtain your account information. We are working with our team to resolve the issues.

Not Convenient at all. Have to make a payment to my auto loan by check- can't just transfer the money from an outside account. If you want to pay it with card there is a $10 convenience fee and you have to call their customer service which is an hour wait every time if not more. Plus, when you do take a picture of the check to deposit it malfunctions and does an image through a fisheye type lense. Never been so disatisfied with convenience in a bank.
