About this app

The Travis Credit Union Mobile App gives you access to your money and an array of online financial tools whenever and wherever you need them. We’re focused on your financial wellness, so our app is loaded with great features that make managing your money quick, easy and convenient.

You can review balances and transaction histories, transfer funds between TCU accounts and view images of checks posted to your account. You can also access our free Bill Pay system to schedule and pay your recurring monthly bills.

If you’re splitting the tab with friends or want to send someone money electronically, we’ve partnered with Zelle® so you can make person-to-person payments directly from the App.

* Mobile Deposit is available only to members who meet certain eligibility requirements. TCU’s standard check hold policy applies to deposits made using Mobile Deposit. Checks deposited after 3 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. The daily limit for mobile deposit is $20,000; the weekly limit: $40,000, the monthly limit is $60,000.

I have been having issues opening the app and now have to uninstall the app and hope that it works when I install it again. It lags and is overall a bad experience. I hope it gets fixed or updated at least. Update: won't allow me to sign in or when it does the app states that there's an error. Update: this continues to be the worst banking app. I have tried using the Zelle feature and my money will say sent and never reach the recipient. Ever. I tried calling didn't help.

Please call our Contact Center at 800-877-8328 while you are experiencing the blank screen when using our app. If you can provide us the IP address your mobile device is using at that time we can track the problem and resolve it for you. 95% of the time its faster & easier to boot up a laptop from a cold start than to load up the Travis Credit Union app. I'm still sitting here waiting for it to log me in while I typed this for the last 1 min, 30 sec. Its slow, half the time the features dont work or you click a feature and its sits and does nothing. I love banking with TCU but this has got to be the worst banking app I've ever used. The best thing is the "fast balance" feature w/o login, but sometimes even that doesn't load.

Not Convenient at all. Have to make a payment to my auto loan by check- can't just transfer the money from an outside account. If you want to pay it with card there is a $10 convenience fee and you have to call their customer service which is an hour wait every time if not more. Plus, when you do take a picture of the check to deposit it malfunctions and does an image through a fisheye type lense. Never been so disatisfied with convenience in a bank.
