TVSatSerwis is a practical tool for DVB-T2 terrestrial television and satellite television users. The app allows you to quickly check current frequencies, transmitters, multiplexes, TV channels, and basic signal reception parameters.
If you're missing channels, your TV reception has deteriorated, or you want to check your antenna installation parameters, you can use the built-in Service Assistant.
DVB-T2 Terrestrial Television
Check DVB-T2 multiplexes, frequencies, broadcast channels, polarization, and transmitters available in Silesia.
The app also displays a list of programs belonging to each multiplex, making it easier to determine whether the problem is specific to a single program or the entire multiplex.
DVB-T2 Assistant
Enter an address and check the transmitters in your area.
The assistant can help you determine:
the nearest terrestrial TV transmitter,
the antenna orientation,
the azimuth,
the DVB-T2 frequency and channel,
and the multiplex to which the missing programs belong.
If several missing channels belong to the same multiplex, the app can indicate a possible common reception problem.
Satellite TV
The app includes data on popular satellite positions:
Hot Bird 13°E
Astra 19.2°E
You can check channels, frequencies, and polarization of the satellite signal.
Information on the following platforms' channels is also available:
CANAL+
Polsat Box
SAT Assistant
Select the platform or satellite, enter the address, and mark the channels you are not receiving.
The assistant analyzes the available technical data and helps determine whether the problem may be related to a single transponder, polarization, or a larger portion of the satellite installation.
For the given address, the app can also calculate the approximate azimuth and elevation of the satellite dish.
FM and DAB+
TVSatSerwis also contains information about FM and DAB+ digital radio stations available in Silesia.
You can quickly check the station frequency and basic broadcast information.
Transmitter outages and maintenance
The app presents available information about planned maintenance and broadcast outages.
Before adjusting your antenna, you can check whether reception problems are caused by work being carried out on the transmitter.
Reporting a problem to TVSatSerwis
After completing the diagnostics, you can contact the service directly.
The app can prepare a report containing, among other things:
the given address,
the type of installation,
missing channels,
the detected MUX or SAT parameters,
frequencies,
the transmitter and antenna direction,
the diagnostic results.
After the phone call, you can prepare an SMS or email message with the saved data. The message is not sent automatically – the user decides whether to send it.
Updated Data
The application's technical data is updated automatically on the TVSatSerwis server. This eliminates the need to install a new version of the application every time the channel list or broadcast parameters change.
TVSatSerwis can be useful for both home antenna users and those who want to quickly check DVB-T2 or satellite TV reception parameters.
The TVSatSerwis application is not an official application of CANAL+ or Polsat Box. The names of the operators and services are used solely to identify the supported television platforms.
