Ratings and reviews

I'm very disappointed with the automatic update to NorthernView app. Since the update, I can no longer access live footage using mobile data -- video is only available when connected to Wi-Fi. This severely limits functionality when I'm out and about without reliable Wi-Fi access. I regret not having the option to decline or delay the update, and I strongly urge you to restore mobile data access or provide users with more control over future updates.

No innovation, the app hasn't been updated in two years. Hard to scan for an event. 2024 This app and camera system still sucks two years later. I have wyze cameras that work 10 times better. 2026

If this app actually worked, I could sell this product to my customers. For the price of the NVR and cameras, this product would fly off the shelves. The play back is terrible and the green screen on certain channels is very frustrating. I have this equipment set up for a demo at the shop and lot's of people are interested, but until this app is repaired. I tell my customers not to even consider this. This day and age people want to see their security equipment on their smart devices.
