What are Nupps?
Nupps are alien energy cores containing a form of advanced artificial intelligence. They are not simple batteries: they are the heart and mind of ancient projectiles designed by a forgotten civilization, the Zanari.
These cores possess the ability to reason, adapt, and decide when and how to attack. Humans, unable to communicate with them, created an Earth-based AI that managed to control them... and turned them into weapons.
Variants exist, but the most feared is the Nupp Nupp: two combined cores that act in sync with lethal precision. They are faster, smarter, and capable of executing double blasts. Their versatility allows them to be integrated with other weapons to generate unpredictable results.
The Zanari consciousness still slumbers within these cores, waiting to fully awaken.
In this game, you are sent to Zarveth, a planet suspected of still holding remnants of alien technology. But something goes wrong. You don't know where you are or why. You only know that the machines are still defending themselves... and that the Nupps are watching you.
