About this app

VRV – A Comprehensive Vehicle Management Solution for Modern Logistics
In the current era of industrial digitization, where efficiency, accuracy, and real-time management are critical, VRV emerges as a practical and robust application designed to manage vehicle flow within an organizational setup. the handling of incoming and outgoing vehicles forms the backbone of operational success. VRV is a multi-functional app that focuses on automating the entire vehicle process chain — right from the point of entry to the final unloading and packaging phase.
At its core, VRV simplifies a complex, multi-stage vehicle handling process through a highly organized interface consisting of six primary stages. These are Entry, Weight, Quality, Confirmation, Unloading, and Pouching. Each of these stages plays a vital role in moving the vehicle through the system while ensuring that all the required checks, data entries, and validations are performed before progressing to the next stage. VRV provides managers and staff with timely information and evidence — such as photographs, remarks, slip numbers, and status updates — at every point in the journey.

The Entry Screen marks the beginning of the vehicle digital journey. This is where the vehicle is first registered in the system. The user inputs the truck number either manually or through a number-recognition system (if integrated), and photographs of the truck are captured using the device camera. These details are stored in a secure database and become the reference point for the vehicle's journey ahead. This screen is unique in the app structure as it doesn't have the standard "Pending" and "Completed" sections — it serves purely as an entry registry. Once the data is submitted, the vehicle appears in the “Pending” section of the next screen, which is the Weight screen.

The Weight Screen is designed to capture the gross weight of the truck and issue a unique slip number, which acts as the truck’s tracking ID for the rest of its journey. The Pending section of this screen lists all the trucks awaiting weight measurement. Once a vehicle is selected, the weight details are entered. The slip number entered by the user, and this acts as a tag for all future actions. After the weight is recorded and slip number assigned, the vehicle moves to the Completed list of this screen and progresses to the Quality stage.

The Quality Screen is stage where quality control parameters are assessed. These include starch percentage, moisture level, and TFM (Total Fatty Matter), which are critical for raw materials like grains, vegetables, or other agricultural commodities. Users fill out a form that records these values, and based on defined thresholds or expert analysis, remarks are added (e.g., Good, Poor, Needs Re-sample). This ensures that only vehicles carrying materials of acceptable quality are allowed to proceed. As with other screens, the Pending section shows all trucks awaiting quality testing, while the Completed section shows those already assessed.

The Confirmation Screen adds another layer of verification. In this stage, the app allows users to upload a relevant image and then choose one of three options — Accept, Reject, or Resample. If a truck is accepted, it proceeds to the next screen. If rejected, it is marked and excluded from the workflow. If the user chooses Resample, the vehicle is redirected back to the Quality Screen for re-assessment. This flexible loop ensures no truck progresses forward with incorrect or missing data and enforces strict quality discipline.

After confirmation, the vehicle reaches the Unloading Screen, where it is scheduled or marked for unloading. The same Pending and Completed structure ensures visibility and tracking, making sure no truck is forgotten or stalled in the process.

The final stage is the Pouching Screen, where the processed or unloaded material is documented, often bagged or packed, and the truck’s journey within the facility is concluded.
