About this game

Veggies4myHeart is an educational game created by nutritionists and researchers at the Polytechnic of Leiria, which aims to promote knowledge about vegetables. Aimed at children of pre-school age, it is a game that aims to inform and motivate the youngest to know these foods.

Through the 5 mini-games we can discover the benefits of cucumber, lettuce, red cabbage, carrots and tomatoes.
Veggies4myHeart was the game used in a project to promote the consumption of vegetables in kindergartens in which there was a significant increase in the consumption and knowledge of the children who used the game.
