About this app

PNB ONE is an amalgamation of various banking processes being delivered through single platform. PNB ONE mobile banking app is an all in one application which allows you to transfer funds, view account statement, invest in term deposits, manage debit card & credit card and many other exclusive services at your fingertips.
Note:- PNB ONE is official mobile banking application of Punjab National Bank. This application provides access to PNB banking services across all operators.
Services Available / Features of PNB ONE Mobile Banking App.
Interactive Interface:-
• Redesigned dashboard with more features available on the dashboard.
• Access all the accounts on the dashboard itself.

Accounts:-
• All accounts will be displayed in illustrative manner. ( Savings, Deposits, Loan, Overdraft, Current).
• Detailed view of account statement.
• Check Balances.

Transfer Funds:-
Regular Transfers
• “Self” (for own accounts), “Within” (for PNB accounts) & “Other” (for non-pnb accounts) will be there.
• NEFT/IMPS/UPI for Interbank fund transfers.
Instant Transfers (without adding beneficiary).
• IMPS using MMID.
• Quick Transfer without adding beneficiary.
Indo- Nepal Remittance.

Invest funds:-
• Open a term deposit account.

Ratings and reviews

Have only just started using this PNB One app. So far, the experience is good. Interface is nice. But the home page takes some time to load, and any link I click on also takes time a very long time to load. Also, I cannot see any option to edit beneficiary details, e.g. IFSC, or delete an existing beneficiary.

This app stopped working for me for more than a month now. Tried to open it many times... it showed the loading sign at an infinite loop but never allowed me to type the PIN. I tried uninstalling completely and reinstalled it. Now, when I try to open, it is in an infinite loop of loading and doesn't allow me to click the Proceed to Login button.

Experience was really pathetic like the bank itself. You don't have any option to view statements, rather you have to receive it by post or on your email, then what is the use of this silly app. Also, there is a whole lot of things/ passwords that we need to remember while logging in to the app or while making transactions , why can't you give the option for biometrics. Upgrade yourself first.
