PNB ONE is an amalgamation of various banking processes being delivered through single platform. PNB ONE mobile banking app is an all in one application which allows you to transfer funds, view account statement, invest in term deposits, manage debit card & credit card and many other exclusive services at your fingertips.
Note:- PNB ONE is official mobile banking application of Punjab National Bank. This application provides access to PNB banking services across all operators.

Interactive Interface:-
• Redesigned dashboard with more features available on the dashboard.
• Access all the accounts on the dashboard itself.

• All accounts will be displayed in illustrative manner. ( Savings, Deposits, Loan, Overdraft, Current).

Ratings and reviews

This app is good. But few updates can be made in user interface of the card. 1 Option to select the type of debit card that you want to order. And it should show the card limits when ordering. Currently it is showing only the card number with limits and not the name of the card. 2 Currently we have to go to atm, pos, online and contactless limit(can't disable) seperately to make changes. It would be better if all these limits can be changed in 1 section. And to disable them option is needed.

The worst banking app I've ever seen. Whenever you try to do anything, it takes minutes to load. There are long waiting periods between switching interfaces. I can't even do basic things like checking my bank balance or changing the card's service because the app either shows 'internal server error' or crashes automatically. Whenever I try to do the same task manually at PNB branches, they refuse, saying that I can do this from the PNB banking app as well. Really very pathetic service

The latest version 4.18 is just broken. I can't even login. sometimes the app is stuck on a splash screen, sometimes it wants to send an SMS but doesnt even know if it works or not. App made by total rookies that follow happy path programming and 0 knowledge of how to handle exceptions. The best option is to find a different bank.
