About this app

PNB ONE is an amalgamation of various banking processes being delivered through single platform. PNB ONE mobile banking app is an all in one application which allows you to transfer funds, view account statement, invest in term deposits, manage debit card & credit card and many other exclusive services at your fingertips.
Note:- PNB ONE is official mobile banking application of Punjab National Bank. This application provides access to PNB banking services across all operators.
Services Available / Features of PNB ONE Mobile Banking App.
Interactive Interface:-
• Redesigned dashboard with more features available on the dashboard.
• Access all the accounts on the dashboard itself.

Accounts:-
• All accounts will be displayed in illustrative manner. ( Savings, Deposits, Loan, Overdraft, Current).
• Detailed view of account statement.
• Check Balances.

Transfer Funds:-
Regular Transfers
• “Self” (for own accounts), “Within” (for PNB accounts) & “Other” (for non-pnb accounts) will be there.
• NEFT/IMPS/UPI for Interbank fund transfers.
Instant Transfers (without adding beneficiary).
• IMPS using MMID.

Ratings and reviews

This app is good. But few updates can be made in user interface of the card. 1 Option to select the type of debit card that you want to order. And it should show the card limits when ordering. Currently it is showing only the card number with limits and not the name of the card. 2 Currently we have to go to atm, pos, online and contactless limit(can't disable) seperately to make changes. It would be better if all these limits can be changed in 1 section. And to disable them option is needed.

At a time when things are becoming easy and tech is advancing every day. PNB came up with an medieval idea of having a separate pin for everything. MPin for opening app. TPin for transaction. And both of them can't be same. Also the last 3 pins can't be used again. So you need to remember at least 10 pins at a time if not write it down somewhere so that scams can happen without ease. It can't be summarised in other than STUPIDITY. No issues with the app, it will do most of the tasks assigned.

When I login to this PNB app then nothing is opening properly, it is taking a lot of time, when I do UPI through QR scanner then it is taking a lot of time to scan, this version has captured everyone's mind, this version is very slow, it is not good at all, what is the use of using this version when none of the work is working properly, this is a very big issue, PNB One app is in this version 4.18 It needs to be updated and made much better.
