Virtus Service — operational tracking at the field agent's fingertips.
Virtus Service is the operational tracking application for field teams. It brings everything the agent needs to execute and record each step of the service order to their mobile phone, with information coming directly from the ERP and immediate feedback to the back office.
Organization of time entries by priority
The home screen gathers all the time entries assigned to the agent, with the service order number, date and time of scheduling, service identification, and current status. A progress bar shows, at a glance, how many steps have already been completed and how many are still missing.
Guided steps and tasks
The agent views the current step and the next step in the workflow, executes the planned tasks, and records observations of what happened in the field. Progress is made with a tap on "Start step" and "Finish step," ensuring that no step of the process is skipped or recorded out of order.
Complete Logistics of Service
Locations, addresses, and times for each phase are available in a dedicated tab, with data sourced from the ERP in read-only mode — the agent always works with official information, without risk of discrepancies.
Immutable and Traceable History
All observations from previous stages are recorded with date, time, and responsible party, in a read-only history. The operation gains a reliable audit trail from the beginning to the end of the service.
Native Integration with the ERP
Virtus Service connects to the company's management ERP, synchronizing time entries, stages, tasks, and status in real time. What the agent records in the field appears immediately to supervision, and what the back office plans arrives ready to the agent.
