Chairman App is the internal management and reporting tool . It gives the Chairman, branch administrators, and other authorized staff a single place to view branch operations and financial activity — from head office or on the move.

This app is restricted to employees and officers and is not intended for customers or the general public. Access requires login credentials issued by the organization.

Branch cash and account position
View cash-in-hand balances, account summaries, and detailed account information across branches in real time.

Day open/close operations
Track day open and close status and timestamps for each branch, including a clear record of any back-dated corrections.

Vouchers
Create, update, and approve vouchers, with every change logged for accountability.

Online collections and payments
View and reconcile online collections and payments processed through the branch network.

Guest house management
Manage guest house bookings, occupant details, and related administrative records.

SECURITY

Data is stored on secure servers with access limited to authorized users. Sensitive actions — including back-dated entries and voucher updates — are logged with user identity and timestamp. The app requests only the permissions it needs to function: storage for report downloads, internet access to sync with bank servers, location for fraud prevention, and camera access for capturing documents and receipts within the app.
