they care more about making money from the actual game sales and in game purchases rather than fixing something that makes the game a bit more realistic and fun(nobody cares about music while on this app, wasteful). It also CRASHES my phone(literally had my phone froze for 10 minutes before I had to hard reset it). don't waste your time downloading this app. It takes WAY too much space on your phone and does nothing you actually want it to do 😂

Doesn't allow new face upload.. Keeps old one! Then the one thats uploaded looks nothing like me at all. Black marks all over my face looks like I've been in a car accident or fight. Not cool 2k not cool! FYI the order version is better! It keeps on getting worse year by year! Seems to me since they've added all the other features to the game. They're not focusing as much on the small things that matter alot to the consumer and player. Especially the players that loves playing 2k MYcareer!

Let me start by saying, I know Face Scan for some users. I envy those folks who get good/usable face scans. My experiences, however, have been frustrating. I'm in a well lit room with natural light. There are no harsh shadows on my face. And I can't possibly turn my head slower. The marker that lets you know how far to turn your head inexplicably jumps around, even when I'm mostly still. Also, being told after each failed scan to "pay close attention to the instructions" is infuriating!
