Despite Vodaphone encourage ment +generous offer to sign up for My Vodaphone, registration seems to be impossible. Have attempted umpteen times to no avail. Code numbers sent through go unrecognised and it all feels very suspicious. Are you.playing games? Surely you cannot be so.incompetent.
Not much on offer here. Unable to access it with my 5GB of 4G data if my phone credit has run out. It needs me then to use WiFi and I discover that I've got lots and lots of data left on my plan. Quite often the app is unavailable "due to maintenance" but I can never see what has changed. The 'remember me' option seems to have amnesia as I usually have to put in my credentials over and over. I've also noticed that my topups expire at the start of the calendar day of expiry instead of at a time corresponding to when I do my top up. But this isn't an app feature. Better than it was when I submitted my first review.
App is great when it works... More than 50% of the time you go to open it it's "doing maintenance"... Very frustrating... Very poor for such a big company who claims to be at the forefront of mobile communication!!!
Good app since updates. Very user friendly compared to old. One niggle, if chat had the option of alerting user rather than relying on checking back.
It rubbish. Why does it offer to show data usage etc when it hasn't got a clue what you use?.
It keeps saying that Vodafone is doing maintenence everytime I try to log in and can reach my account. Help please. Because this app is helpful for when I want to check my balance and stuff.
