Very slow. The address bar has predictive text that is too close to the box where you are trying to input the actual address. As a result ,you can't see what you're writing. Then the screen turns red and stays like that. This has happened about four times. The info is not being stored so you have to keep putting the address in. Now I have had to uninstall to see if that makes a difference. Not a good application.

I use this app maybe 3 times a month. Frequently glitchy and slow, even when trying to give Vodafone my money! For years. Feels like another modern hyperconnected bloatmonster JS App. Unreliable under adverse conditions, for example bad network connectivity on your portable mobile phone. I went with Vodafone due to their telecom expertise and large networks. With an app like this, it seems like they just want to load it up with sales gimmicks, for the sake of reliability.

3 months ago my card expired. Every month since when I try to add my new card details to top up, it just takes me to a blank 'Challenge' screen. No idea what's supposed to happen there but after exiting it tells me services temp unavailable, and then promptly forgets the card details I just put in. Have to go to a shop to top up. Have reinstalled and all. The app has always been junk but now it's literally unusable. Been with Vodafone since they were Eircell but this may finally make me jump.
