Ratings and reviews

Currently using the app on Android. The app never sends notifications and it also crashes every other time I open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times to no avail. Very disappointing when I'm trying to keep track of my wife's surgical process.

App won't work. Gets stuck on page where it asks me to pick the location, won't even open. Read other reviews and saw where it was recommended to try downloading the app in a different location. I have tried this app in three different locations in two different counties and it still doesn't work.

Does not work well on Android. Or for updates... You have to keep clearing running apps and restarting wvu app to get it to work. They do not update well either. never got text saying patient was in recovery. Only knew what was happening when I was called by staff, or the Dr Basically useless for getting status updates by text for updates for surgery at UHC hospital. Used board in waiting room for updates and calls from staff. The 2 texts I did get were more than 15 mins after the events.
