I first got this app on September 10 or 14th I was running smoothly without any issues but a few weeks ago I couldn't enter the app. It told me I need to clear the cache. I tried to uninstall it and turn my phone off. Nothing. My score was 44

Hi Sadie, thanks for the amazing support and congrats on that 44 high score! That cache error was part of a major background bug with our ad network that locked players out. It works for a day. Then the data gets corrupted then you can't open it, terrible app

Hi Beau, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We found a critical bug where the advertisement system was interrupting the game loop and locking players out of the app. This was not a data corruption issue, and it has been fully resolved in Version 1.9. Please update the app to regain full access. Thank you for your patience!
