Enter Total Horror, an atmospheric psychological survival horror game where every corridor hides a secret, every shadow tells a story, and every decision can change your fate.

Play as Shubham, a young vlogger searching for viral fame by exploring the abandoned Shanti Care Hospital. What begins as a content challenge soon becomes a fight for survival as you uncover dark experiments, supernatural rituals, terrifying creatures, and the tragic past hidden within the hospital.

I loved the creepy atmosphere and rainy sounds as well as the efforts put in its development.. and subh I'm really a big fan of subham though I kinda find the AI ELEMENS REALLY ANNOYING it takes the authenticity a hit some sensitivity issue and all and ghost seems to walk really doll like needs work on that and bruh pari ! she's a soul of this game and bruh tatya is legit

It's better than I expected it to be. The graphics are good, the story is decent, the sound effects and voice over is one of my favourites for sure. The beating heart gives it a horror vibe. There are still some bugs in the game but overall playable and it's still in development so there is room for improvement. My feedback would be:- 1> The doctor stays on 1 path which is predictable. 2> Need to smooth those jumpscares and add more if possible. 3> Sometimes the character runs on its own.
