honestly, all aspects of the game were great until changes to the gacha system ruined any good reputation it had. When players objected to this, the developers still insisted on changing the existing gacha system. what a idiot decision, destroying the player's trust just to chase a moment's profit.

I do not like the newly announced changes to the gacha system. Even if statistically it's slightly better on average, it makes for a worse experience and will leave me more often needing more than 200 pulls to get both characters. These changes should be reverted.

This game was good and it had many fans. The community was stable and there no glaring issues with the game. People were looking forward to the 2026 half anniversary and summer event patch. Then the devs dropped the stupidest announcement and forced change to a NOT broken system. Three days before patch they announced the Gacha system DOWNGRADE from the spark into the hoyo-style pity system. They try to brush it off but it is blatant greed in forcing players to spend more on pyrox bundles. ..i..
