The story takes place in the bustling city of Jiaoyang, where the Mu Pharmaceutical Group serves as the industrial backbone. Gu Yan, a computer science graduate who has gained some recognition in the industry for his involvement in game development, is currently unable to find a stable job due to mental health issues. He takes on freelance work to make ends meet while living a quiet, ordinary life with his childhood friend Su Qiluo.

Through a mysterious intermediary, Gu Yan is introduced to a project involving the development of a hospital system. The hospital's director, Ye Shijin, is a woman whose words often contradict her true feelings, and she takes a particular interest in Gu Yan. Through his connection with Ye Shijin, Gu Yan also meets Mu Xinming, the young lady of the Mu family. Their encounter seems to be part of a larger scheme, far from coincidental, and secrets from Gu Yan's past begin to surface...

《Polaris of the Heart》 features a fully voiced, multi-ending, and multi-branching narrative design, creating immersive scenes and a rich storyline. As players progress through the game, they will gradually come to understand the personalities of Su Qiluo, Ye Shijin, and Mu Xinming. Gu Yan finds himself caught between these three vastly different young women, struggling to find his true self. Will he be able to break free from the shadows of his past and uncover his lost memories and future?
