Zoll emsCharts is the worst system I've ever used. Now my app hasn't been working properly on my samsung galaxy. Screens are overlapping, Sometimes I've been redirected to the sign in page when trying to select and save, then I have to sign in again, I have to turn my phone sideways to save on some pages. Ive tried restarting my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app not knowing I would loose pcr's I was working on. Zoll said they can't recover them.

Kyndra, We are so sorry you've had these issues. The development team had pushed an over the air update to resolve the overlap issue. If you had not received that update, it is also included in our latest version 15.02 released today. Please update to version 15.02 to ensure you receive the fix. Thanks Kyndra!

the app has gone down hill. The latest update has made it difficult to use it on my Samsung phone with over lapping screens and the apps save button is placed over my phones organic back button. so when I click save within the app, my phone backs out of that screen leaving it blank

App always crashes after logging in. Completely useless app on my phone.

Jim, We are so sorry to hear of this experience. Can you try the following steps to overcome the issue? With the application closed, 1) Navigate to system settings > apps > ZOLL emsCharts NOW. 2) Select “Storage & Cache”. 3) Select “Clear Storage”. 4) Log into application. Please contact support if these do not resolve the issue for you.
