The app is beautifully done. Fun to play. Would be 5 stars except if you want all the songs and don't want bombed by adds they want a subscription. Which for a well made app im happy to do. However they want an INSANE $40 a month to play a game. $480 a year to play the same game. ABSURD AMOUNT OF MONEY. I can see a $5 or $10 dollar a month subscription which would quickly pay out $50-60 the price of a new pc or ps5 game.... but $40 a month developers are high.

the game itself works great. battle or solo mode and upgrading the band makes it interesting. however why this gets a 2 star rating is one major problem. Ads. I understand very well a game and music needs revenue in some way or another but this needs a reduction or improvement. I get a ad before a game, then ad after the game. even if I hit not interested I still get the same ad again. I shouldn't have to sit through 3-4 ads just to enjoy 1 single battle.

Update: after newest update on 12/19 the music is still skipping and stuttering and getting out of sync on EVERY play. you There must have been something wrong with the most recent update because now almost every song ends up getting out of sync while playing. it starts out fine then something happens and it just keeps getting further and further out of sync. it never happened until a few days ago.
